These are the terms and conditions for participation in the PRmoment PR League India. By entering the competition, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Eligibility
- Who can enter? The competition is open to PR agency professionals and in-house corporate communications professionals based in India with four to eight years of experience in PR or communications.
- Team format: You must compete in teams of two.
- How to enter: Teams can be nominated by their PR agency or brand, or individuals can pair up and nominate themselves. Regional teams are encouraged to participate. To play, each team member must complete an account and upload a team logo.
- Team logo: We ask all participants to share at least one company or team logo. Please supply this in JPEG or PDF format and upload it when registering to play.
- All team registrations will be acknowledged at the time of creation.
2. Competition Structure
The competition is free to enter and consists of four stages:
- Stage 1: Apply by answering two simple questions on PR
- Stage 2: Crisis Communication Response
- Stage 3: B2C Storytelling
- Stage 4: B2B Storytelling

3. Judging & Scoring
- Each stage will be assessed by a mix of expert judges and the PRmoment India editorial team.
- The top 10 teams will be ranked based on their cumulative scores from all four stages.
- Teams will be kept up to date on their progress as each stage of the competition progresses.
- A 40-minute coaching session with an experienced consumer PR and B2B PR industry leader will be available to all teams at Stages 3 and 4 to offer support before the live pitches.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the rankings.
- PRmoment will share feedback with players after each stage of the competition.
- In the interest of transparency, judges will not assess teams from their own brands or agencies.
- Judges will not allow personal relationships or experiences to influence decisions, and their judging will be impartial and based on the standard of work.
- Judges will declare any perceived conflict of interest to the event organisers ahead of assessment.
- All judging discussions are confidential and will not be shared or discussed with anyone outside of the judging panel ahead of the winner reveal or thereafter.
- Judges will not share confidential material, judging papers or submitted pitches with anyone. Judges will securely delete all judging materials immediately after the judging period.
- Judges can only access pitches that they have been provided to score.
- Judges will not notify anyone that they have won ahead of the official announcements.
- Judges will not provide any feedback to entrants – all requests for feedback must be directed to the awards organiser.
- Should a judge break the rules of conduct, they will be asked to leave the panel and not be invited to judge in future.

4. Registration
- The closing date to register is: 13th October.
- PRmoment India reserves the right to extend this deadline if necessary.
5. Additional Information
- The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any entries made at any stage of the competition.
- By participating, you consent to PRmoment using your team and individual names, as well as any submitted work, for promotional and editorial purposes related to the PR League.
- All submitted work must be original and your own. Any plagiarism or unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property will result in immediate disqualification.
- All stages have to be completed by the participants to qualify for the top 10 league.
- PRmoment reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the official competition channels.
- All data submitted will be processed in accordance with the PRmoment privacy policy.
